| | | 5) | For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. |
6) | And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD. |

| 39) | But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble. |
40) | And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him. |

| 25) | Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. |
26) | My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever. |
28) | But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works. |

| 3) | For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. |
4) | But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, |
5) | Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; |
6) | Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; |
