|The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?
|The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.
|It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
|It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.
|The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe.
|Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
|Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.
|For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.
|That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
|This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
|If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
|But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
|If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
|If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
|If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
|Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
|For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
