| | | 9) | Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: |
10) | That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; |
11) | And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. |
| 20) | For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. |
21) | What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. |
22) | But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. |
23) | For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. |
| 25) | Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: |
26) | And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? |
| 15) | For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. |
16) | For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: |
17) | Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. |
18) | Wherefore comfort one another with these words. |
| 20) | Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, |
21) | Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. |
