| | | 1) | Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. |
3) | Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. |
6) | But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. |
|
|
|
| 17) | For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. |
|
|
|
| 1) | Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: |
2) | By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. |
3) | And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; |
4) | And patience, experience; and experience, hope: |
5) | And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. |
6) | For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. |
7) | For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. |
8) | But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. |
9) | Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. |
10) | For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. |
11) | And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. |
16) | And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. |

| 5) | Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. |
6) | For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. |
7) | Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. |
8) | For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. |

|
| 24) | Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. |
25) | And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. |
26) | But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses. |
