| | | | 24) | And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God! |
| 25) | It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. |
| 26) | And they were astonished out of measure, saying among themselves, Who then can be saved? |
| 27) | And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible. |

| | 11) | If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? |

|
|
| | 6) | But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. |
| 7) | Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. |
| 8) | And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: |
| 9) | (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. |
| 10) | Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) |
| 11) | Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God. |

| | 6) | But godliness with contentment is great gain. |
| 7) | For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. |
| 8) | And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. |
| 9) | But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. |
| 10) | For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. |
| 17) | Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; |
| 18) | That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate; |
| 19) | Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life. |

| | 5) | Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. |
