We are a Christian body of believers.---- We hold to the Apostle's Creed and a brief statement of faith is as follows.----We believe...the scriptures are inspired by God and inerrant, declaring His design and plan for mankind.
We believe...there is one true God revealed in three persons...Father, Son and Holy Spirit..known as the Trinity.
We believe...in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, as God's Son, He was both human and divine. He is the head of the Church and savior of the body.
We believe...though originally good, man willingly fell to sin ushering in evil and death, both physically and spiritually into the world.
We believe...every person can have restored fellowship with God through trusting in Jesus Christ, through faith and repentance, to become their personal Savior, which is called salvation.
We believe...and practice, as a church, two ordinances. The first is water baptism by immersion after the repentance from sin by the believer and receiving Christ's gift of salvation. The second is holy communion or the Lord's supper, which is a symbolic remembrance of Jesus Christ's suffering and death for our salvation.__________________________
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
