Click to enlarge | | My name is Brother Brett and I am from southern England. I am forty-two years old and have been lucky enough to have strong faith my entire life. I have been through some hard times but reflect upon them with an open view... I have learnt to take a step outside of the imminent and view affectation in life as opportunity to gain experience and grow spiritually.
I have also been through some amazing times and have travelled and studied some interesting and exciting things.
I see myself as a man who has had the fortune to feel the presence of God in his life and have felt the fear of the power of the Lord.
I have been influenced by some brilliant people and view whoever I meet as a new avenue to learn from their experiences too, for what is a man but the sum of the things he has experienced?
I believe that the man who believes he knows nothing is probably nearer the truth than the man who professes his wisdom, and as such... I profess I know nothing!
I believe men can store the entire Bible in their minds but this does not necessarily mean they are nearer to God for it, simplicity is key to understanding, faith and worship are above knowledge and wisdom, and compassion and sincerity are underneath only love in the trials of life.
