Opening Prayer by MCS Prayer Warrior |
Dear Heavenly Father. We come before you with praise and thanksgiving. We are humbled and thankful you give us the opportunity to serve in Your name. Fill us all with the Holy Spirit, that we may be the light of Your love and mercy that shines to the world. Let us be the fishers of men that you desire us to be. Father please help us to put on Your full armor of truth and righteousness. Grant us the knowledge of Your gospel of peace and increase our faith that we may teach and live as You would have us. Give us the strength and courage to be living examples of Your love for us.
We also pray for this church, Lord. We ask that you pour Your blessing upon it and increase our numbers. Build us and make us a strong discipleship for You. Grow us in wisdom and grace, and increase our faith as individuals and as a community. We pray that we may be single minded and prepared to spread Your word to the nations. We thank You and praise Your holy name. We ask this in the name of our precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen
May God bless you |

Communicate
Ephesians 4:31-4:32
How do you communicate with those around you? A lot of times we do not even pay attention to the way that we communicate with people, because we are use to saying whatever is on our mind. What if I were to tell you the way you communicated with people impacted their lives?
No matter how old you are or how young the words people communicate to you have an impact on you. Someones words can cause you to have a good day or a bad day. That ladies and gentlemen is how powerful the words you speak to someone are. In some cases your words can take a life, or save a life.
So as you are going throughout your days this week let us think about the words we speak. Remember if you do not have anything nice to say do not say anything at all. When you get the urge to speak negatively over positively think about this statement, what would Jesus do? And all God' children said on one accord Amen, It is finished.
Today's message focuses behind Ephesians 4:31-4:32,
31. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
32. And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
Ephesians 4:31-32 | Our Father, which art in heaven, | Hallowed be thy Name. | Thy Kingdom come. | Thy will be done in earth, | As it is in heaven. | Give us this day our daily bread. | And forgive us our trespasses, | As we forgive them that trespass against us. | And lead us not into temptation, | But deliver us from evil. | For thine is the kingdom, | The power, and the glory, | For ever and ever. | Amen. |
