| | | 11) | Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. |
| 24) | Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. |
25) | For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. |
26) | For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? |
27) | For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. |

| 1) | The spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; |
2) | To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; |
| 32) | Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. |
33) | But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. |
| 14) | And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. |
