| | | 19) | Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: |
20) | But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: |
21) | For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. |

| 1) | For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. |
2) | For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: |
3) | If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. |
4) | For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. |
5) | Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. |
6) | Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: |

| 5) | Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. |
6) | That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. |
16) | For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. |
17) | For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. |
36) | He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. |
|
|
|
| 2) | And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. |
3) | And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. |

| 10) | For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. |
11) | Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. |
