| 12) | For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. |

| | 13) | Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: |
| 14) | But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. |
| 15) | Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. |

| 17) | Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. |

| 20) | But ye have not so learned Christ; |
| 21) | If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: |
| 22) | That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; |
| 23) | And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; |
| 24) | And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. |
