| | | 1) | Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? |
2) | The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, |
3) | Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. |
4) | He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. |

| 15) | The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken. |
19) | Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight. |
20) | Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah. |

| 10) | The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect. |
11) | The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations. |
13) | The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men. |
14) | From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth. |
15) | He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works. |
16) | There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. |

| 10) | Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. |
11) | The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. |

6) | Honour and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary. |
