John 15:18-21
18)If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
19)If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
20)Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
21)But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.

Romans 8:17,30-39
17)And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
30)Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
31)What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
32)He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
33)Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
34)Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
35)Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36)As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37)Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38)For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39)Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

3)Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed:
4)But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
5)In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;
6)By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,
7)By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
8)By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true;
9)As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;
10)As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.

2 Corinthians 4:8-12,16-18
8)We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
9)Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
10)Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
11)For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.
12)So then death worketh in us, but life in you.
16)For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
17)For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
18)While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

12)If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
13)If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.
19)Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
