My name is Minister Jeffrey Cole, M.Div..,Th.D.., the founder and visionary of New Horizion's. We offer a non-denominational belief system and currently I am licensed in the state of West Virginia to officiate weddings. Other services include renewal of vows, infant baptisms, traditional handfasting ceremonies and offer faith based pre-maritial life coaching as well as adult life coaching for those times of need., We also preform house blessings upon request. I do offer services as a guest speaker for religious retreats, annual conventions as well as regional associations and public service personnel. I also hope to be able to offer hopefully by spring of 2021 basic easy to understand informal classes in biblical studies and discussions in practical theologyready approx. spring 2021 and will only offer a Certificate in biblical studies along with a Certificate in Theology. By summer of 2021 I hope to have the ability to offer local and regional jail outreach programs established along with volunteers willing to get involved. All religious services are limited to the state of West Virginia with execption to guest speaking. I bring 15 years of teaching experience along with a total of 26 years of public service to which I am retired from. In retirement I have found a calling to continue to help people in times of need, something that I personally feel modern day political views and society views in general have slowly drifted from. |

Click to enlarge | | Greetings and salutations my friends allow me to introduce myself as Minister Jeffrey Cole, M.Div, T.hd. I found a new path in life, a call to faith so to speak after a 26yr career in public service and after settling into Retirement along with a passion for flying. The best feeling to experience is cruising around 8,000ft with absolutely breathtaking views and with the loving support of my dear loving wife Tamara she urged me to finally pursue graduate school and stood by my side offering support along the way. I like to say that Tamara deserves the M.Div. just as much as myself for putting up with me during long nights of theological debate when I knew she would rather be sleeping. I am currently licensed in the State of West Virginia to officiate weddings upon request. I also offer a wide range of services to include infant baptisms, renewal of vows, traditional handfasting ceremonies as well as house blessings upon request and funeral services. I am proud have affiliation with Open Ministries as well as Missionary Chapel and Seminary and have been ordained by both. Other services may provided upon specific request . I also start offering faith based pre-marital life coaching for which I like to recommend for all couples to be married to consider attending at least one session as this I feel better prepares the new couple as they head out upon a new life as husband and wife. I also offer a faith based life coaching for various life issues that as adults we all encounter at some point in life. Candidates interested in pursuing life coaching sessions will be evaluated on a as needed basis and subject to availability at the time of request. I honor and believe in the non-denominational path and have chosen to associate my values according with views as such and also offer lectures in practical theology. I do offer Guest speaking services for retreats, conventions, regional associations as well as schools and seminaries and public service agencies with a concentration in Theology and inclusion of life experiences.
